Maastricht Zuid Business Park was developed by the Municipality of Maastricht in partnership with the Municipality of Eijsden-Margraten and Pegasus BV.

They have joined forces in designing and planning the business park. Maastricht Business Contact Centre and Bouwontwikkeling Jongen B.V. are responsible for granting the commercial lots and for guiding the entire process. The project is being co-financed by the Province of Limburg and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
